Here's how to qualify:

  • All study guides and quizzes must be 100% completed before your exam date.
  • A copy of your failing score for the REx-PN® along with a written request must be emailed to us within 30 days of receiving the exam results. 
  • Refund will be administered to the credit card used for payment.
  • Processing fees are non refundable.
